By engaging with our services, you authorize PrimeCredit Consultancy to:

  • Purchase one detailed Consumer Information Report (CIR) from CIBIL on your behalf.
  • Facilitate the necessary compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements of CIBIL to obtain your CIR.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of your Credit History and Credit Score based on your CIR.
  • Identify issues related to negative credit history and offer consultation and advice on strategies to resolve them.
  • Identify discrepancies on your CIR and provide professional advice and consultation on how to resolve them.
  • Offer guidance and consultation on the specific actions required to improve your credit history and credit score.
  • Provide dedicated Credit Repair Services for accounts that are mutually agreed upon.

Service Conditions & Timelines

  • One complimentary CIR is provided with our service; the Client must specify whether it is required before the service begins or at its conclusion.
  • CIBIL allows up to two dispute IDs per report. The facilitation of these first two disputes is offered free with your membership, provided that you supply all relevant documentation before we raise the dispute.
  • If a financial institution agrees to change an account's status (e.g., from "Settled" to "Closed"), we will inform you of the applicable CIBIL masking or clearance amount after negotiating on your behalf. Payment must be made by you within the same month for this amount to be valid.
  • Financial institutions typically require 60 to 90 working days to reflect changes in their database after the date of payment.
  • CIBIL typically requires 45 to 60 days for dispute resolution after the relevant financial institutions have updated their databases.
  • The decision to accept a settlement proposal or change an account's status rests solely with the financial institution. Such decisions do not constitute a deficiency in the advisory services of PrimeCredit Consultancy.
  • Should a financial institution not adhere to its commitments or stated processing times, we will assist in escalating the issue to the corresponding ombudsman. Delays by such institutions are not considered a deficiency in our services.
  • Resolution times are dependent on the Client promptly providing all valid documents and/or funds requested by us or the financial institutions.
  • Our services are based on the information visible in the CIR. We cannot resolve issues for negative accounts not reflected in this report, and this shall not be considered a service deficiency. In such cases, the Client may need to provide a CIR from their bank, which may extend the resolution time.
  • Our "Fast Track" service prioritizes the handling of your case internally but does not guarantee expedited processing by external financial institutions or credit bureaus.
  • The Client may escalate an issue with a description if no response is received from their assigned service team member within 7 working days of an inquiry.
  • The final approval and sanctioning of any credit product is dependent on the respective bank's or financial institution's credit policy and verification process.
  • If a bureau or institution requires direct communication from your email ID, we will assist by drafting the email content for you to forward to them.

Payment & Service Duration

  • The service or plan duration is the period in which the service is active. After this duration, a new enrollment fee must be paid to continue or re-engage the service.
  • For services with part-payment options, work will commence only after the complete payment for the service has been received.
  • All part-payments must be completed within 30 days of enrollment. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the service plan without a refund, and a new enrollment fee will be required.

Jurisdiction

  • Any legal dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  • This agreement applies to any person visiting the PrimeCreditConsultancy.com website and/or a Client entering into a service agreement with PrimeCredit Consultancy.

The decision to subscribe to our services is entirely yours. Our expert analysis and advisory process begin immediately upon enrollment. Given the immediate commencement of this work, we maintain a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy once a payment has been made and your subscription is confirmed.

  • Official Service Terms: The official terms of your service will be detailed during a compliance call or in a compliance email. Any commitment made by a staff member that contradicts this official communication is not binding. We strongly advise you not to proceed with payment if there is any discrepancy. Accepting the terms during this compliance check constitutes a binding agreement with PrimeCredit Consultancy.
  • Unauthorized Payments: You are responsible for securing your payment methods. You must ensure that children, unauthorized family members, or friends do not access your payment information to purchase services without your explicit permission.

Invoicing and Proof of Enrollment

After making a payment, it is your responsibility to demand and receive an official invoice from us. A client is only considered formally enrolled with PrimeCredit Consultancy upon holding a valid invoice for the services paid for. If you do not receive an invoice due to a technical or manual error, please contact us immediately.

Communication and Escalation

  • Follow-Up: If you do not receive follow-up calls or emails from our team due to a technical glitch or error, we recommend you proactively contact us through our official channels until you receive a proper resolution.
  • Escalation: If you do not receive a response from your assigned team member within 7 working days of an inquiry, please escalate the issue by contacting us through our official support channels, providing a full description of the matter.

  • Security: We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure. We will never disclose your sensitive financial details, such as credit card information or passwords, to any third party.
